Interesting Idea…Tuesday, October 21st |
I thought I would share a website idea with you guys that I came up with the other day. Now, I don’t know how I came up with this (I wasn’t even drinking) and I can’t even tell if its a serious idea or not – the concept is down-right ridiculous, but in my mind I still see a possibility to make it work! Are you ready? Of course you are…the website is called
get me really drunk [dot] com
Are you amazed at my genius? I know I am! lol I know, but wait it gets better! The theory behind the site is that one day of every week, people log-on to see me (and possibly others) on a web-cam, and the idea is to get us drunk! Now this can be done by ‘donating’ shots, or drinks for cheap prices (like a $1 a shot/drink) and can also ‘donate’ (I love that word) money to see us down the drinks etc. Obviously people would have to put money in otherwise if you said people could buy you shots for free, there would be one person just clicking the shot ‘button’ 100 times, until we died of alcohol poisoning! The site wouldn’t make much money to start with (probably cover the alcohol costs) but if you were able to bring more and more people to it, then advertising opportunities could arise, as well as new drinks and ‘feats’ for people to pay for.
As of posting this, the website name is still available, and I don’t know anyone else doing this…anyone interested?

This sounds like a dangerous game to play. Plus would I watch other people drinking and having fun whilst I’m sat at home on my own. Then would I as I’m watching these people having fun send money to the site so they can have more fun?
I’m not so sure I would, after all watching people get drunk isn’t as captivating as porn. Unless of course the getting drunk leads to porn and you happen to drink with many attractive females? Then I might spend a few quid on the off chance of this drunken game leading some where more uhhhh provocative.

If millions are willing to watch idiots in a house, I’m sure a percentage of that would also watch someone getting drunk on a webcam, haha!

I love it. I bet you would get drunk people all over the world logging on, spending some cash and finding it hilarious! A little refinement – you only drink a shot when the live donation meter gets up to a certain level – that way, you cover costs (and incur less likelihood of permanent liver failure)

If you could market that in bars, where drunk people at the bar could have access to a pc, and the monitor is a big screen… I bet it would be a hit!
