The Law Of Starting Anything New…

…something always blows up in your face. Namely, in this instance, my hard-drive.

Yup, so I had managed to get started with my first ploy to make money, laid out all the foundations and plans, and then last night my computer refused to start up. After inspection (and some swearing, kicking) – I need to buy a new hard drive. That means that everything on my old one is effectively lost which is a pain in the a**.

Now I can get a new hard-drive by tomorrow if I order now, but as for getting my installation Cd’s, that’s another matter and could take a week (I’m not prepared to buy windows AGAIN). So it looks like I’m going to have to steal, borrow and beg computer access for the time I don’t have a machine. ATM I’m using the one I have at work, so I’ll probably be doing most of my work for the competition when no-ones looking.

I’m hoping to get something up and running by the end of the week, as I already hear Andy has made £25/$50. I haven’t made a thing, and am essentially at a loss ATM (minus £16 to be precise). Hopefully that will all change soon!

Maybe he’ll post a hint to how he made his money so far…(hopefully not selling naked photo’s of himself).
